Customer Consequences of Unacceptable Behaviour:  
We reserve the right to:  
-Refuse service.  
-Terminate bookings without refund.  
-Ban individuals from future interactions with our business.  
-Report unlawful behaviour to authorities if necessary. 

 

Bookings & Payments
•  All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (if applicable).  
•  Payment must be made in full before service is provided unless otherwise agreed.  
•  Tarawa Tours reserve the right to cancel bookings due to pricing errors or service unavailability.

  

Consumer Rights (NZ Law)  
•  Our services come with guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.  
•  If you are a business customer, some consumer rights may not apply.  

 

Limitation of Liability
•  Tarawa Tours are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.  
•  Tarawa Tours maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the service.
